Our Local Arts Community

Find your creative niche with our artists’ hub in Evans Head. At Good Evans Art Studio, we’re passionate about bringing local artists together and fostering an environment where creativity can flourish. That’s why we partner with local artists to host a wide range of creative workshops and display their original works.

Whether you want to learn how to weave, make your own jewellery or create a ceramic sculpture, there are many talented artists in the Northern Rivers who are happy to share their knowledge. Learn a new skill or marvel at the creativity of others—our studio is an inclusive space for all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Fostering An Inclusive Arts Space

Along with our regular guest workshops, our studio functions as an exhibition space. Artists show and sell their work on a quarterly rotation so there’s always something new to see. You’ll find original paintings, prints, jewellery, ceramics, books and sculptures from many local artists. We’re proud to support our local Indigenous community as well, with a selection of hand-made boomerangs and other art on display.
